RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If criteria is met, then a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer exchanges. 

Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be intact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.

CHANGE OF MIND - Please note as a small business, this unfortunately is something we cannot accommodate returns for. Please make sure when purchasing that you are 100% on the product, colour (images of colours are on product page) etc.  

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless item is deemed faulty)

For all refund enquires please email us at sarah@oliveandaugust.com.au with your name, contact details and your order number, with a short explanation on the item/s you are wanting exchanged or refunded for.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you happen to receive a faulty item, please contact us at sarah@oliveandaugust.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items so we can help resolve the issue.

We accept returns and refunds for faulty items, in this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 7 days of product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.

SALE ITEMS

All products on sale cannot be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.

DISCOUNTS

Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are offered for various promotional activities such as marketing campaigns, customer loyalty programs, or special occasions. Discount codes typically cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions.

Sale Products (items already marked down or discounted as part of clearance or sale events), Seasonal Products (products associated with seasonal events), and New Releases (products introduced within the last 30 days) are generally excluded from discount code applicability.

We reserve the right to revoke discount codes or take necessary action in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of discount codes, including but not limited to sharing codes without authorisation or creating fraudulent accounts. This is not limited to the changing of email addresses when the customer resides at the same address.

PLEASE NOTE - If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any costs after a sale has been finalised. All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.

The sign-up discount code, received by email can only be used once per customer.
